WILDERS PRIVATE DINING INFORMATION
 
PRIVATE ROOMS
 
SOUTH ROOM
A large private banquet room with original architectural details including 18 ft tin ceilings
and several early 1900's photographs of historic downtown Joplin, Missouri.
This room can accommodate up to 55 people for a full seated dinner,
it is often used for rehearsal dinners, presentations, and larger business functions.
During the holidays this room is beautifully decorated with a 14 ft Christmas tree.
 
NORTH ROOM
The North Room is the smaller of our two private rooms, and can accommodate up to 25 people
for a full seated dinner. It has deep rich mahogany woodwork and moldings giving the room lots of character
 with an intimate feel for family gatherings or small business dinners. This room is also decorated for the
holiday season with a Christmas tree and evergreen wreaths. 
 
 THE BYPASS
This is the largest room we offer, it can accommodate 150-180 people for a full seated dinner
and up to 300 for a cocktail style party. The room has 15 ft. original tin ceilings and beautiful wood floors.
The ByPass a more casual atmosphere with a large stage for bands,
karoke, or a DJ. We also have an in-house sound system that is IPOD compatible.
The room has two sections that can be used together or independently of eachother for parties of 40-100,
they each contain a stage and full bar along with access to our multi-level outdoor patio.
This room is often used for Wedding Receptions and Corporate Christmas Parties.

GUARANTEES AND POLICIES:

  • Cancellation 10 or more days prior to the event  -  NO CHARGE
  • Cancellation less than 10 days but more than 48 hours prior to event  -  $300 CHARGE
  • A function canceled less than 48 hours prior to the event will be charged at $40 per confirmation          amount.
  • Day of Event - The party will be billed for the food and beverage ordered by those in attendence. If there are less than the confirmed number we will calculate a price per person based on those in attendence and add it to the bill.
  • Gratuity of 18% will be charged to the full amount of the bill, excluding room charge, linen fee, and audio visual rental.

MENU SELECTION

 

Groups of 20 or less may order from Wilders Menu at regular pricing.

All parties of 20 or more must select a limited four choice menu; or choose one entree to be served to entire group. Please review our extensive Wilders Menu to create a unique dining experience for your group.

We suggest that parties choose one or two steak entrees, one seafood entree, one chicken entree,

and possibly a pasta or vegetarian dish to satisfy everyone attending your function. 

We also offer a wide range of combination dinners that are a good choice

if you are serving your entire group one entree.
